VI COMMANDO

Lt. Alastair Adams-Cairns, formerly of the Seaforths, served with No.5 Troop of No.6 Commando, under Capt. John Mayne from, at least, 30^th November 1942 until being admitted to the 5^th General Hospital on 18^th December 1942.

He was commissioned on 28th December 1940. He was later promoted to Captain.
